Returns and refunds

SAARNI IIDA EDIT AMILDA accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with the original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email info@jendiclothes.shop with your order number and the item you want to send back. We reply within one business day with the return address in Joutsa, Finland, and the steps to follow. Please do not ship anything back before you have that reply.

Items that cannot be returned: worn, washed or altered garments, items without tags, and anything marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Once the parcel reaches us we inspect it and process the refund within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was faulty or the wrong item was sent.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If a parcel arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the item and email them within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Lost parcels

If tracking has not moved for an unusual length of time, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We open a trace with the carrier and either resend the order or refund it once the carrier confirms the parcel is lost.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched, which is normally within 1-3 business days of the order. Write to info@jendiclothes.shop with the order number and we will confirm the cancellation by email. After dispatch the return process above applies.
