Our warehouse processing operations are closed on weekends and official U.S. public holidays, with no order processing conducted during non-working periods.
During promotional events and peak shopping seasons with elevated order volume, standard processing schedules may be slightly extended. We will send formal email notifications to customers immediately if any obvious delays occur, keeping buyers updated on real-time order status.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees for all bag orders are calculated based on package weight, size and shipping destination. The final shipping cost will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment, ensuring full cost transparency for all customers.
We provide only standard shipping service for all orders, with an estimated delivery period of 15 business days after warehouse dispatch. This delivery timeframe is for reference only. Actual parcel arrival may fluctuate due to logistics carrier operational delays, customs clearance progress, extreme weather, regional logistics restrictions and holiday service suspensions.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your bag order completes all pre-delivery checks and is officially shipped out, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email containing your exclusive tracking number and corresponding logistics provider information.
Tracking data will be synchronized and available for real-time online inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after the carrier picks up the package. Temporary system synchronization delays are common in cross-border logistics. You may contact our support team for manual verification if no tracking updates are available after 48 hours.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are solely responsible for submitting accurate, complete and deliverable shipping addresses, valid zip codes and active contact information during order checkout. Please double-check all delivery details before confirming payment to avoid delivery anomalies.
SAMUEL WILLIAMS assumes no liability for misdelivery, delivery failure or package loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers. Any packages returned to our warehouse due to address errors will require customers to independently bear all reshipping fees, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

If your package is confirmed missing during transit, please submit a loss investigation application to our customer support team within 3 calendar days after the expected delivery date. Damaged Items
Long-distance transportation may cause extrusion, surface wear, scratch damage or loose accessories to bag products. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please reach out to our after-sales team within 24 hours upon delivery. You need to provide intact and clear photos of both the outer packaging and damaged product parts as valid evidence for official review and settlement.
6. Bag Care and Usage Notice
All bags in our store are made of leather, canvas, nylon and other mainstream materials, with targeted professional care instructions attached to each product. We recommend customers follow the official guidelines for daily use, storage and regular maintenance to protect product texture and extend service life.
Product damage, color fading, structural deformation and accessory loss caused by irregular cleaning, damp storage environment, private modification and artificial misuse are not covered by our after-sales guarantee. We will not undertake compensation and maintenance responsibilities for man-made non-quality damage.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
Cross-border international shipments will be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees and other related taxes formulated by the destination country’s local customs in accordance with local foreign trade management policies.
All customs and import-related expenses are fully borne by the customer. Product prices and shipping fees charged by our store do not include any customs charges.
