Shipping policy

Where we ship from

All orders are packed and posted by SAARNI IIDA EDIT AMILDA from Joutsa, Finland. We ship to addresses in Finland and the European Union.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a Finnish public holiday start processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 15 business days from dispatch. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay, based on the destination and the size of the order. You always see the final total before confirming.

Tracking

Every parcel is sent with tracking. If the link has not arrived, check your spam folder, then write to info@jendiclothes.shop with the order number.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is lost, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open a trace with the carrier. If a parcel arrives damaged, send photos within 48 hours of delivery. In both cases we resend the order or refund it.

Customs and duties

Orders are shipped from within the EU, so no customs duty applies to deliveries inside the European Union.
