About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed with SAARNI IIDA EDIT AMILDA through this store. By placing an order you accept them. The store is operated by SAARNI IIDA EDIT AMILDA, Jousitie 41, 19650 Joutsa, Finland.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include Finnish VAT where it applies. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before payment. Payment is taken at the time of the order through our payment provider.

Cancellation and returns

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch, normally within 1-3 business days. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn items with tags attached; the full process is described in our Refund Policy.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 15 business days after dispatch, with tracking. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will always help resolve a late parcel.

Product information

We describe colours, materials and measurements as accurately as we can. Screens render colour differently, and knitwear may vary slightly in texture. Measurements on the product page are taken flat, with a tolerance of about 1-2 cm.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs and design of this store belong to SAARNI IIDA EDIT AMILDA or are used with permission. They may not be copied for commercial use.

Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as carrier strikes or severe weather.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers in the EU keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of their own country.
